Milltown is a small town located between the major towns of Tralee and Killarney in County Kerry. Milltown itself hosts a number of annual festivals and events including the World Bodhran Championships. The old Church in the centre of the village now hosts an Organic market which is very popular on Saturdays. The village has grown substantially in the last number of years similar to other villages in Kerry such as Firies and Lixnaw with a number of housing development being built.
